December 22, 2022 | Rizal Technological University was given the 2022 Energy Efficiency Excellence (EEE) Award for Government by the Department of Energy (DOE), for its streamlined implementation of energy management systems and best practices in energy efficiency that include: Use of appliances with higher EER, Implementation of Government Energy Management Program (GEMP) EEC measures, Prevention of engine idling, Regular vehicle maintenance, and Trip scheduling.
