The Rizal Technological University’s Cultural Affairs Unit (RTU-CAU), in partnership with Every Nation Campus (ENC), conducted a 2-Day Cultural Sensitivity Training (CST) to Teatro Rizalia troupes last July 4-5, 2024 at SNAGAH Ground Floor with the theme “REBUILD AND RECHARGE”. The said training gathered all of the Teatro Rizalia troupes hailing from Himig Rizalia, Kultura Rizalia, Sining Biswal, Dulaan and Rondalla, for this momentous event.

The training served as a bridge for all the troupes to huddle together and build good relations among each other. This year’s training was partnered with Every Nation Campus whose goal is to teach the youth to become the best leaders and was hosted by the RTU Himig Rizalia. Speakers and life coaches led by ENC coaches Cherry Diaz and Ariel Deraya taught the members the importance of unity and passion giving emphasis on their commitment to their mission within the organization. Esteemed alumni guest speaker, Mr. Patrick Plandiano graced the event and imparted important lessons for the troupes to remember by, whereas Worship and Devotion were taught by ENC Coach Charlene, while Purpose was taught by Coach Stephen Ong. 

This activity was made possible through the concerted efforts of RTU Himig Rizalia led by Mr. Renier Aguilar and his organizing team president Christian Terrenal and esteemed officers. 

Advisers of each troupe including Tunog Rizalia Rondalla, Mr. Herminio B. Ramos, RTU Kultura Dance troupe adviser Ms. Angel May S. Lapinig, RTU Dulaang Rizalia adviser, Mr. Mar M. Cordova, and RTU  Sining Biswal adviser, Mr. Kenneth P. Mamaril.
