Representatives from the Rizal Technological University (RTU) Management and the Association of Administrative Personnel (ASAP) officers convened for their bi-annual Union – Management Consultative Meeting on May 23, 2024, at the Human Resource Management Office (HRFMO) Conference Room.

The meeting was led by Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) and Chairperson of the Union-Management Consultative Board (UMCB). He was joined by Mr. Rowell C. Marasigan, Chief Finance Officer, and Asst. Prof. Dynehgre P. Casasola, HRMO Director. Representing ASAP were Mr. Arnel Jaming, Union President, Mr. Ralph Vinarao, Vice-President, and Ms. Lorilyn V. Ello, Secretary.

Key topics discussed during the meeting included the hiring and promotion processes for non-teaching personnel, ensuring equal opportunities for training and development programs, and various other issues and concerns raised by the ASAP officers. The dialogue aimed to foster cooperation and address the needs of administrative staff within the university.
