RND Blue Room, RTU Main Campus, April 2, 2024 – In a significant step towards global collaboration and educational excellence, Rizal Technological University (RTU) and Xiamen Effie Overseas Education Co. Ltd. officially sealed cooperation through a partnership signing ceremony, symbolizing the beginning of a promising collaboration between the two institutions.

The partnership was solidified in the presence of esteemed individuals, including Mr. Yongcong Xie, President and CEO of Xiamen Effie, and Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, President of RTU, presided over the signing event.

The collaboration is also supported by the Philippines-Zhangzhou General Chamber of Commerce, led by Mr. Jiangfeng Luo, its esteemed president. This collaboration highlights the importance of bridging educational institutions with industry partners for holistic development and mutual growth.
