The Rizal Technological University received its highest audit rating termed as “UNMODIFIED OPINION” from the Commission on Audit (COA).

An UNMODIFIED OPINION is the highest audit rating that can be rendered by a State of Auditor to a government agency. This mean that the COA found RTU’S financial reports fairly presented in all material respects and that its financial transactions are well accounted for.
