RTU Cluster Officials underwent training on ‘Dynamic Capability Building on Business Excellence’

University cluster representatives of Rizal Technological University (RTU) underwent intensive training on Capability-Building Intervention on Business Excellence, from September 12 to 15, 2nd Floor RTU SNAGAH Building, with the aim of raising the bar of education and adapting to the advancing requirements of universities in the current dynamic academic scene. This effort was a crucial step in the institution’s dedication to offering top-notch education, as it aimed to improve workability skills and encourage educational service innovations rooted in the university’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.

Officials from several clusters were brought together in this project led by the RTU Quality Assurance Center (QAC), headed by their Director, Dr. Edna P. Conwi, and under the direction of Dr. Salvacion J. Pachejo, Vice President for Program, Planning, and Development (VPPD). These representatives took part in a week-long training program that included a number of lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions to explain the many duties of the university’s centers and how they relate to one another. The training concentrated on issues pertaining to university processes that are connected to the institution’s aims and objectives, as well as measurements on how university processes produce high-quality outputs and how such results can be assessed by quality standards.

The university’s dedication to honing the skills of its educators, officials, and members is consistent with its goal of developing the institution as a center of academic excellence. It exhibits a forward-thinking mindset that recognizes the dynamic nature of education and the ongoing need for people in the academy to adapt and innovate.
