Instr. Michael Dela Cruz, Dept. Head of BSBA Financial Management, and Instr. Hanna Victorio, Dept. Head, of BS Office Administration, represented Rizal Technological University’s College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (RTU-CBEA) at the Philippine Association of Collegiate Schools of Business’ (PASCB) 51st Annual National Conference and 4th International Research Summit.

The event, held in Tagbilaran City, Bohol, on April 18–19, 2024, brought together educators, researchers, and practitioners to explore the theme “Innovate to Elevate: Charting the Future of Global Business Education.”

Throughout the summit, attendees engaged in insightful discussions on emerging trends and the integration of technology and innovation into curriculum development. Participants contributed valuable perspectives, enriching the dialogue with their insights.

Among the distinguished speakers at the Conference were Dr. Chong Yee Lee, Deputy Director of the Institute of Postgraduate Studies and Research at Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), bringing over 17 years of academic experience and expertise in social science and human behavioral studies; Dr. Francis Kayode Ashipaoloye, Dean of the Graduate School at Lyceum of the Philippines-Laguna (LPU-Laguna), renowned for his extensive academic background and contributions to public administration; Mr. Mark Vincent Enriquez, a seasoned Business Strategist with ventures in education and technology, including Edufied and FilPass, recognized for their transformative impact; and Mr. Ryan Soh, a prominent Business Strategist and blockchain enthusiast, known for his ventures in Edufied and FilPass, highlighting the intersection of innovation and entrepreneurship in education and identity verification. Their collective expertise and insights added depth to discussions on emerging trends in business education, reinforcing the summit’s theme.
