In a bid to enhance academic collaboration and foster international partnerships, the International Affairs and Linkages Office of Rizal Technological University recently convened with the Saigon Business School (SBS) of Vietnam via Zoom. The virtual meeting served as a platform to explore various avenues of cooperation between the two esteemed institutions. SBS, a proud member of EQUEST, was represented by Prof. Hoang Van Cuong, the Managing Director, and Mr. Tich Phan.

Throughout the constructive dialogue, both parties delved into key areas of mutual interest. The discussion primarily centered on potential exchange programs, facilitating academic exchange activities between faculties and researchers, organizing courses, seminars, and workshops, as well as fostering technical research and development initiatives. Moreover, the meeting emphasized the importance of promoting entrepreneurship and innovation, cultural exchange programs, and the establishment of internship programs to provide students with valuable real-world experience.

With the fruitful exchange of ideas and shared commitment to academic excellence, RTU and SBS are optimistic about proceeding to the next stage of collaboration. Plans are underway for the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), which will formalize the partnership and pave the way for exciting opportunities for students and faculty members alike. This collaborative endeavor not only signifies a significant step forward in strengthening international ties but also highlights the shared vision of both institutions to nurture global society.
