RTU Accounting and Budget Officers Enhance Expertise at Fiscal Policies and Government Procurement Seminar

To stay abreast of the latest developments in fiscal policies and government procurement practices, key personnel from Rizal Technological University (RTU) recently participated in a comprehensive seminar organized by the JPLCV Center for Academic Values Foundation, Inc. (JCAV). The event, held on April 23–25 at Siargao, provided a platform for intensive discussions, interactive sessions, and knowledge exchange among experts and practitioners.
