Rizal Technological University’s President, Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, officially signed the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Resolution No. 1 Series of 2023 after a series of discussions between the Union Management Consultative Body (UMCB) – Management Panel, the Alliance of Faculty Clubs, Inc. (AFCI), and the Association of Administrative Personnel (ASAP). This resolution signifies the commencement of the CNA Incentive for Fiscal Year 2023, aligning with the guidelines outlined in the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) Circular 2023-1.
The momentous signing ceremony took place on December 4, 2023, at the Office of the University President, marking a collaborative effort to address the welfare and recognition of RTU’s dedicated faculty and administrative staff.
President Yangco was accompanied by the key members of the Management Panel, including Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration( VPFA), CAO Rowell C. Marasigan, Director of the University Center for Facilities Management Services (UCFMS), and Assistant Professor Dynehgre P. Casasola, Director of the University Center for Human Resource Development and Management (UCHRDM).
