On September 30, 2026, during the program titled “Tayukan: Seremonya ng Pagtatalaga at Pagtanggap ng Karunungan, Teknolohiya, at Kaunlaran,” the Municipality of Paluan, Province of Occidental Mindoro, presented a resolution to Rizal Technological University.

The Sangguniang Bayan of Paluan adopted significant resolutions recognizing the importance of organizational development, extension services, and institutional partnership in advancing the municipality’s development initiatives.

The Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 2026-09-21, titled “A Resolution Adopting the Primer on Public Sector Reorganization for Integrated Manpower Excellence and Reengineering of the Local Government Unit of Paluan,” provides a framework for strengthening the organizational structure and human resource capabilities of the Local Government Unit (LGU). The primer guides the alignment of personnel, functions, systems, and organizational processes with the municipality’s evolving needs and priorities. Through public sector reorganization and reengineering, the LGU aims to promote more efficient operations, effective workforce utilization, improved public service delivery, and strengthened institutional capacity.

This resolution reflects the municipality’s commitment to improve its internal systems and human resource management continuously. It also highlights the value of technical expertise and knowledge-sharing in developing organizational strategies that respond to the needs of both the local government and the community it serves.
