In a significant move towards fostering harmonious labor relations, the Rizal Technological University’s (RTU) Management Panel for the Union Management Consultative Body (UMCB) recently convened with the Association of Administrative Personnel (ASAP) and Alliance of Faculty Clubs, Inc. (AFCI). The meeting, held on November 28 and 30, 2023, at the RTU SNAGAH Conference, brought together key leaders from both entities to discuss various crucial agenda items, with the spotlight on the Collective Negotiation Agreement (CNA) Incentive for the fiscal year 2023.

Led by Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) and Chairperson of UMCB, the RTU Management Panel engaged in a joint discussion with ASAP and AFCI Presidents, Mr. Arnel Jaming and Dr. Jeremias F. Buraga.

 The collaborative effort between the RTU Management Panel and ASAP & AFCI signifies a commitment to transparency, open communication, and the welfare of administrative personnel. The outcome of this meeting is anticipated to pave the way for a more inclusive and supportive work environment at Rizal Technological University
