Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, President of Rizal Technological University (RTU), led a discussion about integrating technology into sports and physical education at the International Conference & Workshop on Physical Education and Sports & Exercise Science held at Tokyo Gakugei University in Japan, on November 30, 2024.

Dr. Yangco’s presentation emphasized innovative applications of technology, including enhanced training methods and gamification for mentoring sports and physical education learners. Her discussion highlighted RTU’s commitment to harnessing technology for excellence in sports science and physical education.

The conference facilitated global collaboration, bringing together scholars, researchers and practitioners from the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and India. Dr. Yangco shared the stage with renowned experts from Japan and Korea, fostering a rich exchange of ideas and solidifying RTU’s commitment in the field.
