Four faculty members from the Rizal Technological University (RTU) College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (CBEA) Office Administration Department played a vital role at the 1st Mindanao Regional Convention, serving as resource persons for a critical training program focused on court stenography.

Assoc. Prof. Rosa F. Diestro, Asst. Prof. Marie Joy C. Jorduela, Instr. Ma. Victoria C. Painaga, and Instr. Marvin A. Fuentes conducted sessions during the convention held on April 10-11, 2025. The training, entitled “Empowering Court Stenography for Judicial Innovations”, was designed to strengthen the competencies of educators and professionals in transcription and stenographic practices within the judicial field.

The RTU faculty members contributed their expertise to enhance the foundational skills necessary for accurate and efficient court reporting. The 1st Mindanao Regional Convention was organized by the Confederation of Stenographers and Transcribers of the Philippines (COSTRAPHIL) Mindanao Region.
