“Don’t compete with others’ success,” Balatbat urged the young graduates during his keynote address. “For sure, right now, you will be struggling. We will be having difficulties. You will question your worth.”

The guest speaker acknowledged the challenges that lie ahead for the students as they transition to the next phase of their academic journey, but emphasized the importance of maintaining faith during difficult times.

“Mahihirapan tayo. Pero, sasabihin ko sa inyo, in God’s perfect time, in His will, in His plans, God will provide,” Balatbat continued, mixing English and Filipino to connect more deeply with his audience.

The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Milany M. Averilla, the Laboratory School Principal, who presented the completers to the university administration. The program included the traditional awarding of certificates by Student Records and Admission Unit Director Ma. Del Carmen G. Labong.

Several university officials participated in the ceremony, including Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration, who served as the Officer in Charge representing University President Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco. Dr. Ducut delivered the conferment address and awarded the plaque of appreciation alongside other university administrators.
