In a move to strengthen career support and employability among students and alumni, Rizal Technological University (RTU) has officially partnered with SEEMESOL, Inc., a provider of cutting-edge software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions for talent and recruitment management.
The Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) was formally signed on July 9, 2025, during the PASUC Midterm Convention and General Assembly held at the SMX Convention Center, Pasay City. This strategic alliance marks RTU’s commitment to digital transformation and aligns with its mission of developing globally competitive graduates.
Representing RTU in the signing was University President Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, Vice President for Finance and Administration; Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs; Dr. Marc DG Garvida, Vice President for Planning, Quality Assurance, and Strategic Initiatives; Dr. Salvacion J. Pachejo, Presidential Assistant Dr. Kristine Y. Opulencia, facilitated by the Director of the International Affairs and Linkages Office (IALO), Mr. Donato Z. Estocada. SEEMESOL, Inc. was represented by its Board Chairman and founder, Mr. David Padgett.
The collaboration seeks to maximize the SeeMeConnect portal, a customized digital platform that will allow RTU students and alumni to access job opportunities, career development resources, and industry connections. The initiative is expected to enhance compliance with State Universities and Colleges (SUC) leveling criteria, particularly in graduate employability and stakeholder engagement.
Through this partnership, RTU affirms its commitment to innovation and inclusive growth—by linking its academic community with a broader digital ecosystem of employers and opportunities, ultimately contributing to regional economic development.
