The University Administrative and Finance Council (UAFCo) convened on July 2, 2025 to revisit existing and proposed new administrative policies that are expected to strengthen Rizal Technological University’s (RTU) administrative processes and human resource strategies.
Presided by the University President and UAFCo Chairperson, Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, with Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) as co-chair, the regular meeting gathered key university officials from the Office of the President (OP), Office of the VPFA, Office of the VP for Research, Innovation, and Extension Services (OVPRIES), Office of the VP for Academic and Student Affairs (OVPASA), and the Office of the VP for Planning, Quality Assurance, and Strategic Initiatives (OVPPQASI).
With the university’s best interest in mind, the council rigorously discussed agenda items that are set to enhance the administrative procedures of the university, especially in the human resource department; with Asst. Prof. Dynehgre C. Villavicencio, Director of the Human Resource Management Office (HRMO), Asst. Prof. Marie Joy C. Jorduela, Chief Administrative Officer of the Business Resource Generation and Auxiliary Services Office, and Dr. Ducut, as agendas sponsors.
The 2nd quarter meeting of UAFCo marks a renewed sense of administrative policymaking for the university, maintaining its best practices and updating its perspective on the services, procedures, and regulations the university upholds.
