INFANTA, QUEZON – Rizal Technological University’s Business Resource Generation and Auxiliary Services Office (BRGASO) successfully conducted a three-day tactical planning session from December 10-12, 2025, at Upgrade Beach Resort in Infanta, Quezon. Associate Professor Marie Joy Jorduela, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) of BRGASO and CAO-BRGAS, led the event themed “From Vision to Action: BRGASO Tactical Planning and Systems Alignment,” which brought together personnel from the Food Services Office (FSO), Dormitory Services Office (DSO), Business Affairs Office (BAO), and Auxiliary Services Office (ASO) to synchronize their operational strategies for 2025.

The first day featured presentations of operational manuals from each participating office, beginning with opening remarks from the FSO Director, followed by detailed presentations from the DSO and BAO on their respective operational frameworks. The second day focused on intensive strategic discussions, with morning breakout sessions allowing each sub-office to develop updated tactical plans for 2025. After lunch, the BRGASO CAO Staff presented comprehensive one-year and three-year roadmaps, followed by an open forum and a commitment session where participants pledged support for implementing the aligned strategies. The day concluded with an event evaluation and socialization activities.

The final day included recreational activities and team building before participants departed for Manila. With operational manuals reviewed, strategic priorities identified, and commitments secured, RTU’s administrative offices are now positioned to implement coordinated plans throughout 2025. The planning session addressed critical areas of university administration, including financial management, budget accountability, and auxiliary services, aiming to enhance efficiency, transparency, and service delivery across the institution. The event exemplifies RTU’s commitment to continuous improvement and strategic alignment through collaborative planning and coordinated service delivery.
