August 4, 2025 — The various divisions and offices of Rizal Technological University (RTU) gathered virtually in a Zoom meeting for the presentation of the results of the internal audit and evaluation previously conducted by the Quality Assurance Office (QAO) for the period of April 2024 to April 2025.

Led by its director, AO Ma. Lourdes R. Austria, along with the internal auditors, the QAO presented the findings of the audit; communicating the offices’ opportunities for improvement and compliance with the existing university policies and standards, particularly the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) of RTU. 

The presentation of the results, which was done separately between the divisions, was aligned with the University’s commitment to transparency and accountability. The meeting allowed the various offices to be informed of their present strengths and weaknesses, emphasizing the areas that need improvement. The offices concerned were also given the opportunity to clarify issues and inform the auditors of the progress and improvements done since the audit.

It is imperative for Pandayang Rizalia to continuously improve its organizational capacity and operational procedures towards holistic excellence. To this end, the initiatives of QAO in ensuring the compliance of all the university offices to the existing policies are a representation of RTU’s steadfast commitment towards unimpeded progress.
