Officials of selected Rizal Technological University (RTU) offices convened today in a virtual collaborative meeting to lay the groundwork for a more cohesive and impactful communication strategy across the institution. Spearheaded by the University Public Affairs Office (UPAO) under the leadership of Asst. Prof. John Eric O. Estrellado, the session took place via Zoom on March 24, 2025.
The agenda centered on fortifying the university’s messaging protocols to ensure that all communications—from internal memos to public-facing media releases—are aligned with RTU’s core values and strategic objectives. The importance of establishing a unified voice to amplify the university’s mission and achievements was emphasized to ensure consistency across departments and platforms.
This initiative is part of a larger institutional commitment to elevate RTU’s public image and foster deeper engagement with its diverse community. The collaborative meeting is expected to culminate in creating a robust and adaptable communication framework, which will serve as the university’s blueprint for future announcements, publications, and media interactions.
Further updates regarding the rollout and implementation of these enhanced communication strategies are expected in the days ahead, as RTU moves forward in fortifying its connection with both internal and external audiences.
