The Rizal Technological University (RTU) Administrative and Finance Council (UAFCo) held its 3rd Quarter Regular Meeting on September 12, 2024, at the Blue Room, R&D Building. The meeting was presided over by Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, University President, along with her co-chair, Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA).

The event was attended by administrative directors and academic leaders from various departments within the university – a collaborative effort to enhance RTU’s operational frameworks. The discussions focused on a series of proposals aimed at improving university operations and aligning organizational structures with the institution’s strategic objectives. Key agenda items included the presentation of several admin-related guidelines and policies as well as the restructuring of various administrative offices and divisions of the university.

The meeting stressed RTU’s commitment to operational excellence and strategic alignment. The session concluded with strong support for the proposed initiatives, an approach towards the continued advancement of RTU.
