Rizal Technological University (RTU) marked another milestone in its commitment to enhancing educational management systems as administrative directors, academic leaders, and representatives participated in the Echo Seminar for Knowledge Transfer of the ISO 21001:2018 Educational Organizational Management Systems (EOMS) Documentation. The seminar was held on September 10, 2024, at the Penthouse of the SNAGAH Building RTU Mandaluyong Main Campus, and focused on advancing the university’s adherence to global standards in educational management.

The seminar was organized by the Quality Assurance Office (QAO), headed by Director Ma. Lourdes Austria, under the direction of Dr. Salvacion J. Pachejo, Vice President for Planning, Quality Assurance, and Strategic Initiatives (VPPQASI), brought together Deans, Institute Directors, Office Directors, Unit Heads, and representatives for a full day of in-depth training on the latest ISO 21001:2018 EOMS Documentation requirements. Participants engaged in hands-on workshops to refine their existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and integrate best practices in educational management systems across the university
