October 10, 2024 – Manila, Philippines- Rizal Technological University (RTU) celebrated its workforce’s dedication and service during the annual HEROES (Honoring Excellence, Recognizing Oneness, Exemplifying Service) ceremony. The event coincided with RTU’s 55th Foundation and 27th Universityhood Anniversaries and was held at the SNAGAH Building, Penthouse B, Boni campus. This ceremonial rites paid tribute to current and former employees who contributed to the university’s growth and success.

The program included keynote messages from university officials and organization leaders, emphasizing the importance of recognizing employee contributions. Director II Cesar Garduque, Jr. from the Civil Service Commission Field Office Makati delivered a heartfelt Message of Appreciation to the Awardees, highlighting the significance of their service and dedication to the institution. Special recognition was given to the Loyalty awardees, who exemplified outstanding service and dedication to the university. The event also honored retiring employees and former members of the Board of Regents for their valuable contributions to the institution.

Spearheaded by the RTU Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) led by Asst. Prof. Dynehgre P.
