Rizal Technological University’s (RTU) Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and the Technical Working Committee (TWC) actively participated in the Executive Forum on Ethics in Procurement and Public Administration held on November 11–13, 2025, at Patio Pacific Boracay, Malay, Aklan.
The forum, organized by the JPCV Center for Academic Values Foundation, Inc., gathered procurement officials and administrators from various government agencies and higher education institutions to strengthen ethical standards, transparency, and accountability in public service—particularly in the areas of procurement, governance, and institutional management.
The RTU delegation was led by Dr. Rodolfo L. Ducut, Vice President for Finance and Administration and Chairperson of the Bids and Awards Committee, and AO. Ian Oliver C. Moscardo, Director of the University Procurement Management Office (UPMO). They were joined by other key members of the BAC and TWC who continue to uphold integrity and prudence in the University’s procurement and administrative processes.
The participation of the RTU team in this executive forum underscores the University’s commitment to ethical leadership, good governance, and continuous professional development in public administration.
