Dr. Sheila Manahan, Ms. Ma Theresa Generales, Mr. Paolo Gaspar, and Instr. Gerald Daguplo—all UCPA officers—also attended the program.
The day kicked off with a compelling Amazon World Services keynote, where Eric Conrad and Julian Lau discussed the pivotal role of digital innovation in reshaping the citizen experience. Dennis Magsajo moderated a panel discussion on best practices in digital transformation as the morning’s insightful sessions continued.
Noteworthy sessions included Kamalakar Gunupati’s exploration of cloud strategies that envision the future government and Abigail Yacat’s discussion on the transformative potential of generative AI in the public sector.
