The RTU Scholarship and Financial Assistance Unit (SFAU) orchestrated a disbursement ceremony entitled “Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) SHINE: SUPPORT, HELPING, INDIVIDUALS, NURTURE, EXCELLENCE program with the theme: “Illuminating the Future: Empowering Students to Shine” held last March 4, 2025, Tuesday at the RTU Plenary Hall, 5th Floor Estolas Building.

Under the headship of Prof. Rhoda M. Malabanan, SFAU Head, the  unit successfully coordinated the distribution of financial subsidies to qualified scholars. The  RTU Cash and Disbursement Office provided logistical assistance to ensure the smooth execution of the financial aid distribution.

The successful execution of the “SHINE”  event demonstrated the university’s commitment to supporting students and nurturing their academic excellence. As the scholars received their much-needed financial assistance, they were undoubtedly inspired to strive for even greater heights in their educational journey.
