Rizal Technological University, through the International Affairs and Linkages Office (IALO), has taken a significant step toward expanding international learning opportunities for its students by signing a partnership agreement with Leep Geebee Edtech Private Limited, a global education services provider.

The partnership aims to provide RTU students with access to international education pathways, global academic programs, and cross-border learning opportunities, strengthening the university’s commitment to preparing students for a competitive global workforce.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signing ceremony was attended by RTU President Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco and Dr. Kristine Y. Opulencia, Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA), and Assoc. Prof. Donato Z. Estocada, IALO Director, representing the university.

Representing Leep Geebee Edtech Private Limited were Mr. Ken Andfrei Dar, Business Development Officer, and Ms. Stephanie Pablo, Country Manager for the Philippines.

University officials highlighted that the collaboration aligns with RTU’s vision of internationalization and global engagement, opening new pathways for students who aspire to pursue further studies abroad or participate in international academic programs.

Through this partnership, Leep Geebee will support RTU in providing students with guidance and opportunities for global education, including access to partner institutions abroad, academic mobility programs, and international career pathways.

Dr. Yangco expressed optimism about the collaboration, noting that partnerships with international education providers are essential in equipping RTU students with the competencies needed in a rapidly evolving global environment.

Representatives from Leep Geebee also shared their commitment to working closely with RTU to ensure that students can explore quality international education opportunities, helping them broaden their academic and professional horizons.

The agreement marks another milestone in RTU’s ongoing efforts to strengthen global partnerships and expand opportunities for its student community, reaffirming the university’s dedication to producing graduates who are globally competitive and academically prepared for the challenges of the future.
