Rizal Technological University – Mandaluyong Campus (RTU-Mandaluyong) has been recognized as one of the Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA™) Top Performing Schools for 2024–2025 by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines (HREAP), Inc., in acknowledgment of the outstanding performance of its graduates in the national CHRA™ assessment examination.

The recognition was formally conferred during an awards ceremony held at the Infinity Ballroom of F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. RTU-Mandaluyong received both a Certificate of Recognition and a Plaque of Recognition, signed by HREAP Executive Director Dr. Joseph M. Lardizabal, after achieving an institutional passing rate of 82.76% among Category 300 and above examinees for the period July 2024 to June 2025.

Representing the university at the ceremony were Instr. Ralph Imperial, former Department Head of the Human Resource Development and Management (HRDM) program, and Instr. Carlie Momongan, the incoming Department Head. Their participation highlighted both a leadership transition and a shared recognition of the HRDM program’s sustained academic excellence.

The CHRA™ Top Performing School distinction affirms that RTU graduates are equipped with the competencies required by the human resource profession and reflects the university’s strong alignment with industry standards.

The CHRA™ certification is administered by HREAP, Inc., the country’s leading organization of human resource educators. Institutions recognized under the Top Performing Schools category are those whose graduates demonstrate superior collective performance in the certification assessment. RTU-Mandaluyong’s inclusion in the highest-volume tier—reserved for institutions with 300 or more examinees—underscores the university’s consistent delivery of quality education across a large student cohort.

This achievement reflects the continued dedication of RTU’s faculty, academic leadership, and students in advancing excellence in human resource management education. It also reinforces RTU-Mandaluyong’s standing as a leading institution for HR education in Metro Manila.
