Rizal Technological University (RTU) has once again proven its stature as a beacon of excellence in higher education and research. At the 2nd International Eminence Awards held at Tokyo Gakugei University, Nukui Kitamachi, Koganei, Japan, two of RTU’s esteemed leaders were recognized for their outstanding contributions and transformative leadership.

Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, University President, was conferred the title of “Excellence in Dynamic and Transformative University Leadership & Innovative Change Maker in Higher Education.” This recognition celebrates her unwavering commitment to academic excellence, innovation, and transformative initiatives that have positioned RTU as a leading institution in higher education.

In another proud moment for RTU, Dr. Mark Joseph D. Santos, Director of the Institute of Human Kinetics, was awarded the “Outstanding Director Award in Kinetic Sciences and Research.” This accolade acknowledges Dr. Santos’ exemplary contributions to advancing research and innovation in human kinetics.
