Kultura Rizalia, the official cultural dance student organization of Rizal Technological University (RTU), secured a major victory at the 47th YMCA Congress of College Students & 27th YMCA National Campus Club Advisers Seminar-Workshop, held on December 6-9, 2025, at the Teacher’s Camp in Baguio City.

Supported by the Cultural Affairs Unit (CAU), the contingent from RTU Kultura Rizalia showcased their exceptional artistic capabilities during the “Y’ers Got Talent” competition segment of the Congress, competing with other cultural dance troupes from other colleges and universities.

With their impressive display fueled by their longstanding experience as the homegrown performers of Pandayang Rizalia, the group was proclaimed as the winner for the Dance Category.

With the theme “TRANSFOR/MY/SSION: Living the Call, Becoming the Change”, the assembly, sponsored by the YMCA of Manila, was attended by various youth and student organizations from different colleges and universities, aiming to enhance student leadership and skills towards progress in the youth sector.

The group’s accomplishment is a testament to the dedication, discipline, and artistic excellence upheld by the RTU Kultura Rizalia members, as well as CAU’s nurturing management of Rizaliano talent.

Kultura Rizalia’s undeniably superb performances continue to bring pride to the University and its commitment to cultural development.
