RTU Forges New Partnership with Infosys IBM Philippines to Advance Digital Education and Rizaliano Career Advancement

Rizal Technological University (RTU) created a new bridge for meaningful partnership to enhance career advancement through digital learning as university officials, through the newly established Alumni Relations and Career Advancement Office (ARCAO), signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Infosys IBM Philippines on June 24, 2026.

The partnership aims to provide students, alumni, and faculty with free access to the Infosys Springboard Learning Management System (LMS), a digital learning platform designed to equip learners with industry-relevant skills and competencies to meet the evolving demands of the global workforce.

Infosys Springboard offers more than 8,000 courses tailored for post-secondary learners, higher education students, and professionals seeking to enhance their expertise in emerging technologies and other high-demand fields. The platform features artificial intelligence-powered learning pathways, immersive virtual laboratories, secure assessment tools, and collaborative social learning environments that support flexible and accessible education.

The initiative aligns with RTU’s vision of fostering innovation and lifelong learning by providing its academic community with opportunities to acquire future-ready skills beyond the traditional classroom setting.

The collaboration was made possible through the collective efforts of ARCAO, the Student Affairs Office (SAO), and the Institute of Flexible Learning and Digital Education (IFLDE), further strengthening the University’s commitment to student development, alumni engagement, and digital education.

Through this partnership, RTU and Infosys BPM Philippines seek to empower Rizalianos with accessible learning resources that enhance employability, professional growth, and readiness for the rapidly changing digital economy.

Students, faculty members, and alumni interested in exploring the Infosys Springboard platform may coordinate with the IFLDE for access and further information regarding the learning system.
