Rizal Technological University (RTU) continues to shine on the global stage as its alumni make remarkable strides as international students at Kun Shan University (KSU) in Tainan, Taiwan. The strong partnership between RTU and KSU—further strengthened through Taiwan’s INTENSE Program—has opened life-changing opportunities for young Filipinos to pursue advanced studies, gain international exposure, and develop globally competitive skills.

Recently, Assoc. Prof. Donato Z. Estocada, Director of the International Affairs and Linkages Office (IALO), reunited with the second batch of RTU students currently studying at KSU under the INTENSE Program. The reunion marked a meaningful milestone, highlighting RTU’s sustained commitment to supporting its students even beyond the Philippines.
