Four BS Accountancy students from the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (CBEA) showcased their Rizaliano accounting prowess by finishing as 2nd Runner Up at the recently held Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants – Metro Manila Region (PICPA-MMR) Accounting Quiz Challenge 2025 last April 22, 2025.

Rizal Technological University’s (RTU) representatives, namely Grant Martin F. Fadriquela, Elize Samantha C. Napuli, Jamil R. Baracas, and Ronald G. Mateo, under the guidance of Instr. Rholand H. Tapalla, CPA, Head of the Accountancy Department, made their mark as the 2nd runner-up winners in the said competition held at the PICPA Bldg., Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City. Their win against other academic institutions across Metro Manila reflects Pandayang Rizalia’s efforts in nurturing academic excellence in the form of our future accountants. 

The university expresses its heartfelt congratulations to the four students for their outstanding performance. Their accomplishment brings pride to the entire Rizaliano community, serving as inspiration for other Rizalianos to emulate.
