“Sibol” conveys the idea of growth and emergence, representing the journey of RTU psychology alumni as they prepare for the Psychometrician Board Exam. Just as a seedling (sibol) grows into a strong plant, this coaching program aimed to support and guide our alumni as they develop their skills and knowledge to succeed during their board exam season.

The event was held from July 29 to August 1, 2024 at the RTU Plenary Hall which was attended by almost a hundred aspiring psychometricians for 2024. The program was graced by presence of the Department Head, Asst. Prof. Kathleen Ryan Bobadilla,  College Dean, Dr. Jeremiah V. Pacer, URIO Head, Dr. Rizaldy Garcia, GAAI Board Member, Mr. Jayson Montallana, along with the BS Psychology Faculty Members and Ms. Eunice Camille Basilio, Top 6 of the Board Licensure Examination for 2022.

For this program to be realized, the RTU Psychology Faculty collaborated with the RTU Grand Alumni Association (GAAI), College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Association (CASAA) and the University Review and Instruction Office (URIO) as co-organizers and facilitators.
