The Executive Committee of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges – National Capital Region (PASUC-NCR) convened on September 4, 2024, at the Office of the University President Conference Room of Philippine Normal University (PNU).

The meeting saw full attendance, with esteemed university leaders actively participating in discussions. In attendance were Dr. Ma. Eugenia M. Yangco, President of Rizal Technological University (RTU); Dr. Rogelio T. Mamaradlo, President of Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez Institute of Science and Technology (EARIST); Dr. Rene M. Colocar, President of Marikina Polytechnic College (MPC); Dr. Marwin M. Dela Cruz, President of the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA); Dr. Manuel M. Muhi, President of Polytechnic University of the Philippines (PUP); and Dr. Reynaldo P. Ramos, President of Technological University of the Philippines (TUP). The meeting was presided over by the PASUC-NCR Chairperson and PNU President Dr. Bert J. Tuga.

Key topics of regional importance were discussed during the meeting, including the upcoming State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (SCUAA) NCR Meet 2024, the Regional Internationalization Consortium, and a collaborative research initiative focusing on inclusive admission policies.
