A conference on Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its transformative impact on marketing was successfully conducted on May 7, 2025, at the Penthouse, Rizal Technological University Mandaluyong Main Campus. The seminar, titled “InnoVISION: Driving the Future of Marketing Success,” was spearheaded by the BSBA Marketing Management students and explored how AI is revolutionizing marketing by enhancing creativity and practical application.
The seminar was organized under the College of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Accountancy (CBEA) of Rizal Technological University (RTU), led by College Dean Dr. Kathryn D. Tria, and the BSBA Marketing Management Department, headed by its Program Chair, Instr. Christian Paul T. Mendoza, MBA. The initiative was steered by Dr. Rome Sherriff G. Montoya, Adviser of CBEA-19-801E, with Innovision Production serving as the student-led organizing body.
Guest Speaker, Ms. Veronica Amaranto, Co-Founder of Creative Earners Philippines, a community for creative professionals, shared insights on the strategic use of AI to identify specific market segments and create advertisements that directly speak to them. “It feels like the brand is talking to you,” she emphasized, reflecting how AI can humanize digital interactions through personalization.
Another Resource Person, Ms. Ren Rose Rapera, Marketing Manager at Mabuhay Energy Corporation, focused on building authentic brand-consumer relationships. She highlighted how brands today are leveraging social media to connect meaningfully with their audience. “You are part of the experience,” she said, pointing out how consumers now expect to be engaged and included in a brand’s journey.
The event included interactive sessions and engaging activities that reinforced the core lessons of the seminar. More than just a learning opportunity, the conference became a platform for aspiring marketers to envision how technology and creativity can work hand-in-hand to shape the future of marketing success.
