In a compassionate initiative, the Alpha Phi Omega (APO) Rizal Technological University Chapter, a recognized non-academic student organization, recently organized a blood donation program. The drive, held at the Left Wing Lobby of SNAGAH Bldg., RTU Mandaluyong, on February 2, 2024, aimed to inspire employees and students to actively participate in a meaningful act of donating blood.

APO – Delta Alpha Chapter joined forces with key community partners, including the Mandaluyong City Health Office Laboratory Section represented by Ms. Revena Sibayan, National Volunteer Blood Services Program (NVBSP) Coordinator. Additional support came from Alpha Phi Omega Mandaluyong Alumni Association – APO Manda AA 181, Alpha Phi Omega – Apo ni Sisa Alumni Association, and Alpha Phi Omega Alumni Association (Singapore) 189.

This collaborative effort underscores APO’s commitment to serving the community through noble endeavors. The success of the blood donation drive not only highlights the importance of unity but also exemplifies the positive impact achievable when various stakeholders join hands for a common humanitarian goal.
