Student journalists from Rizal Technological University (RTU) Laboratory School paid a courtesy visit to the University President following their achievements at the 2026–2027 Division Schools Press Conference (DSPC), recognizing their hard work and dedication to campus journalism.

The DSPC brings together student journalists from different schools to compete in various journalism categories, including news writing, feature writing, editorial writing, science and technology writing, photojournalism, and editorial cartooning. Through the competition, students get the chance to put their skills to the test, share their ideas, and learn from the experiences of fellow young journalists.

Guided by the theme “Alab: Sigla. Sidhi. Sigasig,” the young Rizalianos showcased their writing, creativity, and journalistic skills across different categories.

Among the student achievers, Alessandra Ansley L. Panganiban secured 1st Place in Pagsulat ng Agham at Teknolohiya, qualifying for the Regional Schools Press Conference (RSPC).
