The Basic Programme
RTU College of Nursing offers a four-year basic program leading to Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The BSN I and BSN II is devoted to the study of Biological and Physical Sciences , humanities, and other Liberal Arts courses that lay the foundation for the professional courses in Nursing.
Related Learning Experience and Affiliation
Clinical Rotation is planned by the college and covered the required number of weeks in each service as specified in the curriculum. All RLE’s are under the supervision of a Clinical Instructor (C.I.) of RTU College of Nursing.
RTUCN affiliates with several government hospitals and agencies for clinical experiences in the special area. While the students are assigned on affiliation, they must observe rules and policies agreed upon between the school and the affiliating hospital or agency. Such rules and regulations will be discussed during the RLE orientation prior to the actual assignment to a specific hospital or agency.
